The popular ‘Food is Art’
presentation at Elements restaurant returns on 18th July with a
special dinner that features four separate courses of Brittany Blues –
succulent lobsters from the North Sea and Atlantic Ocean prized for their extra
flavour.
It is yet another masterful
presentation from chef de cuisine Cyril Cocconi. His creative menu begins with
salad of Brittany lobster with dehydrated mango and pandan-lemongrass
vinaigrette and then features chilled lobster bisque and granny smith espuma
with celeriac and belotta ham, followed by lemon ravioli stuffed with lobster
claws in a clam emulsion with tarragon and pan-fried pork belly. Cyril
Cocconi’s pièce de resistance is a magnificent roasted lobster in a citrus
sabayon with white asparagus glazed with orange buerre blanc.
For something sweet, the
dinner concludes with a fascinating dessert comprising a peanut chocolate bar
served with toffee ice cream and caramelised apples. This Brittany Blue Lobster
‘Food is Art’ dinner is priced at 2,800 Baht and is available at Elements
restaurant on Thursday 18th July.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7%
government tax.
